Understanding Coverage

Coverage hours refer to the time spent actively photographing or filming the celebration. Eight hours might run from 1:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m., while ten hours might run from noon until 10:00 p.m. Coverage is consecutive, and travel between getting-ready locations, the ceremony and the reception is included within the scheduled time.

For multi-day experiences, the total hours are distributed in advance. A 14-hour experience might include four hours for a welcome celebration or couple’s session followed by ten hours on the wedding day. An 18-hour experience could include three hours on the first day, eleven hours on the wedding day and four hours at a farewell celebration. Travel days are separate and do not reduce the contracted coverage.

Delivery

A curated preview of approximately 30–50 photographs is delivered within 72 hours. Complete Vermont photography galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks, while destination and multi-day galleries are delivered within 8–10 weeks.

A short wedding-film preview is delivered within 7–14 days. Complete Vermont wedding films are delivered within 12–16 weeks, while destination and multi-day films are delivered within 16–20 weeks. Every photograph and film is individually selected, edited and finished with care.

16mm film — individually commissioned according to the creative concept and number of film rolls

Destination Travel

Destination pricing reflects the creative work, preparation, reserved travel dates and complete schedule availability required for celebrations beyond Vermont. Airfare, private accommodation, checked and oversized equipment baggage, local transportation, required permits and other necessary travel expenses are quoted separately once the destination and itinerary are confirmed.

Travel arrangements must be organized or approved by our studio to ensure sufficient arrival time and the safe transportation of all equipment. Depending on the destination, arrival may be required up to two nights before the first scheduled event, with accommodation continuing through the night following final coverage.

Wedding-planning services are not included; however, we are happy to collaborate with the couple’s planner or recommend trusted planning professionals when available.

Destination Commissions

Destination Photography begins at $10,000. Destination Wedding Films begin at $12,500. Every destination celebration is thoughtfully commissioned around its location, schedule and story.
